Project Description
Description: An amazing traditional yiḏaki from a humble Yolŋu man, highly recommended for players who are looking for a (good looking) instrument to dive deep into the traditional playing styles of Northeast Arnhem Land. This yiḏaki is super-responsive, the dups and toot are easy to hit, and the backpressure is well-balanced. The craftsmanship is superb: the bore is natural, the wall and shape of the yiḏaki is tapered, the chamber just tight enough at the top and ends up in a nice looking bell. Congratulations for the lucky buyer – in advance.
